Client Appointment Deposit & No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy

A $30 deposit is now required for online bookings. This deposit will be credited to your bill during the service and is refundable if you cancel at least 24 business hours in advance.

For appointments made in person or via phone, a deposit will only be required for clients with a history of no-call, no-shows, or those who have canceled/rescheduled two consecutive appointments.

The deposit will be forfeited under the following circumstances:

  • No Call / No Show for the scheduled appointment
  • Rescheduling of the appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled date

In situations where you need to reschedule or cancel on the day of your appointment due to extenuating circumstances, the refundability of the deposit is subject to the discretion of the Hospital Manager and/or the Medical Director.
